This was a full renovation and redesign of an existing 1930's bungalow.  We worked within the existing footprint to create a modern, open floorpan. Upstairs the original flat ceiling was vaulted and a built in Miele kitchen can be hidden behind a trackless white sliding door. More custom-built sliding glass doors on the lower level lead to our favorite program element, the secluded and bamboo lined backyard.
